About CDR: CDR is the brainchild of Tony Nwachukwu (Attica Blues: Mo'Wax/Sony), a prolific musician, and an internationally renowned producer and DJ. His idea was to create and develop a new music scene operating outside record company structures. It is an environment in which music lovers and producers are made to feel confident in airing their work in progress; it is about sharing experiences, demystifying technology and broadening horizons beyond playlists and charts. CDR is a club night which, for 3 years now, has been the creative focal point of London's electronic music makers. CDR attendees include: Zero db (Ninja Tune), Trevor Jackson (Output), Mr Scruff, Mark Pritchard, Michael Reinboth (Compost), Lou Rhodes (Lamb), Amalgamation of Soundz. Resident in London, CDR has a global audience, with significant CDR events staged to date in Paris, Barcelona and Bulgaria! National Tour commencing April 2006.
